Next Level remains a customer-focused, close knit business as next generation steps up
Scottsdale, Ariz. (December 17, 2007) Next Level Solutions, Inc. (NLS), today announced a management buy-out of the company in a deal designed to enable the business to continue to build on its current growth and maintain its position as a best-in-class service provider of turn-key wireless networking solutions.
Next Level Solutions is now owned and managed by, NLS Chief Technical Officer Greg Lougheed and Chief Financial Officer David Crain.
Next Level has always been a successful hybrid; a close knit, customer-focused organization fused with leading edge technological savvy and an international client base, said Lougheed. Our families have been close since David and I were teenagers. Together, we are committed to maintaining the intimacy that has made Next Level a leading service provider, while continuing to lead the way in nurturing new and emerging wireless networking technologies to maturity.
Lougheed is one of the founding members of NLS and has more than 24 years of experience in telecommunications, data communications and IP networking. He will continue to oversee NLS engineering and technical support organization and manages the internal network infrastructure.
Prior to joining NLS as CFO in 2006, Crain spent 15 years with the Arizona Revenue Service where he managed an annual revenue section of more than $80 million. He is responsible for the financial welfare of the organization and ensures corporate compliance as NLS grows.
